I am Yvonne Westerlund, a [work] life explorer, writer and career coach. I share my time at The Shortcut, where I help foreigners getting a job in Finland, with my own writing project and career and business coaching clients. Spending time with like minded people, keeping up discussions and methods for experiencing a better work life is my mission. I am here to help my fellow sisters who question their career, their professionalism, and themselves being either too much or too little.
As professionals in midlife you have tons of experience and knowledge to highlight to your advantage. But we have naysayers to our capabilities and competencies all around us. In the companies, within the government, as well as our friends and families might have opinions they share.
