MONTHLY LUNCHEON
The monthly luncheon is the primary event of the club. It is normally held on the second Tuesday of each month from September to May. The luncheon starts with a presentation from an interesting person from the world of art, culture, business, politics, or medicine. Some notable speakers we've had in the past couple of years include. among others:

• Dr. Risto E. J. Penttilä, Director of the think tank EVA
• Sophia Jansson, Managing Director for Moomin Characters
• Marko Ahtisaari, design and brand building expert and technology entrepreneur
• Maija Berndtson, Director of the Helsinki City Library
• Ms. Meri Mannerla-Magnusson, Landscape Architect
• Professor Max Engman, Åbo Akademi University

WEEKLY PROGRAMS
The club also has a variety of events each Tuesday, like art exhibitions, company visits, cultural programs, etc.

ACTIVITY GROUPS
In addition, the club has a wide range of special interest groups, like language conversation in a variety of languages, golf, choir, cooking, bridge, book club, winter swimming, gourmet restaurant group, nature walking, baby/toddler group, and flower arranging. Some meet weekly and others meet monthly.
